Boarding
When you need to be away, you can feel confident knowing your dog is being cared for at the Pet Patrol Dog Hotel.
Every boarding guest enjoys their own private, climate-controlled suite with a comfortable Kuranda bed, soothing music and/or Dog TV, and plenty of attention from our caring Pet Patrol team.
Comfortable Stays & Daily Activity
Boarding dogs are taken out at least three times each day to one of our private daycare yards, giving them an opportunity to stretch their legs, enjoy some attention and activity, and take care of business.
Dogs who have passed a Doggy Daycare Evaluation can also add a full day of Doggy Daycare to their boarding stay at a discounted boarding rate. It's a great option for dogs who enjoy extra playtime, socialization, and activities with their canine friends.

Registration
Every dog is unique! Before your first visit, please complete our registration form and tell us about any medications, dietary needs, health concerns, or other special care requirements your dog may have.
Vaccination Requirements
All guests must have current vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian. Written proof is required for:
- Rabies
- D/H/P/P (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Please note that some veterinarians administer the Bordetella vaccine only upon request.
All guests must also be on an active flea and tick prevention program. Dogs found to have fleas or ticks may be treated at the owner's expense.

Preparing for your stay
A little preparation helps make your dog's stay comfortable and stress-free. Here's what you need to know before check-in.
Bedding & Toys
There's no need to bring a bed from home. We provide comfortable Kuranda beds and bedding for our boarding guests.
You may bring up to two favorite toys to help your dog feel at home. For everyone's safety, please leave any toys that could easily break or create a choking hazard at home.
Food
We recommend bringing your dog's regular food and treats to help maintain their normal diet during their stay.
Please place food in gallon-size Ziploc bags labeled with your dog's name and any important feeding instructions. There's no need to bring food or water bowls—we provide those.
If you prefer not to bring food, Pet Patrol house food is available for an additional charge.
Please do not bring glass, porcelain, or other breakable food containers.
Medication
We can administer oral and topical medications as needed at no additional charge.
Please keep medications separate from your dog's food and do not pre-mix medication into meals. This allows our team to safely store, monitor, and administer medications as directed.
We are unable to administer medical injections.

Checking In/Out
To help us keep arrivals and departures running smoothly and ensure suites are cleaned and prepared for each guest, Boarding has designated check-in and check-out times.
Boarding Check-Out
- Opening – 12:00 PM
- Late check-out after 1:00 PM: $22
- Dogs who have passed a Doggy Daycare Evaluation may add a full day of Doggy Daycare for $22instead of paying the late check-out fee.
- Dogs remaining after closing will be charged an additional night of Boarding.
Lobby Closed Daily
Our lobby is closed daily from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Dogs cannot be dropped off or picked up during this time.
Boarding Check-In
- Monday–Saturday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Early check-in before 12:00 PM: $22
- Dogs who have passed a Doggy Daycare Evaluation may add a full day of Doggy Daycare for $22instead of paying the early check-in fee.
Staying more than 7 days? Consider adding a Doggy Spa bath so your pup goes home fresh and clean.
Payments, Deposits, Cancellations & Holidays
Payments
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Checks are not accepted. A valid credit card must be kept on file, and payment is due at the time of service or before checkout.
A 2.90% surcharge is added to credit card transactions. Cash and debit card payments are not subject to the surcharge.
Reservation Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure Boarding reservations during designated high-demand holiday periods.
The deposit is applied toward your stay. If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before check-in or is a no-show, the deposit is forfeited.
Holiday Surcharge
Due to increased demand and staffing needs, a 10% Holiday Surcharge applies to Boarding reservations during the following holiday periods:
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Independence Day / July 4th Holiday
- Labor Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Holiday
- Christmas & New Year's Holiday
Specific holiday dates may vary each year.
Holiday Reservations
Holiday availability is limited and reservations can fill quickly. We recommend booking early when planning a stay during one of our holiday periods.
